ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
1. What’s the process?
Consultation → Quote → Deposit → Finalise your décor → Balance payment → Your wedding day → Collection
We aim to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible, helping to take the pressure out of your wedding planning.
① Consultation
We encourage you to book a face-to-face consultation at our shop, where you can see the quality of our flowers and décor in person. This is a free consultation where we can discuss your vision, colour palette and venue styling ideas.
② Your Quote
We will send you a detailed quote with individual prices, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and adjust the décor to suit your budget.
③ Secure Your Date
If you feel we are the right choice for your wedding, simply let us know and pay the deposit to secure your date.
④ Finalise Your Décor
Your booking can still be updated after the deposit has been paid. We will work with you throughout the planning process to finalise the details. The final quantity of items must be confirmed at least 2 months before your wedding.
⑤ Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due 1 month before your wedding date, once all the details have been finalised.
⑥ Your Wedding Day
On your big day, we will arrive early and transform your venue according to your plans and vision.
If we are providing the full décor, we can also stay after your ceremony to help with the room changeover. Where possible, we will move and reuse décor from the ceremony room for your reception, helping to make the most of your wedding décor.
⑦ We Collect Everything
Once your celebrations are over, you can simply relax and enjoy your evening. We will return to the venue the following day to collect and pack away our décor.
We take care of the details, so you can concentrate on enjoying your special day. ❤️

Can’t make it to a consultation?
No problem! If you would like to see the prices first, we can prepare a draft quote for you.
Simply send us a list of the items you are looking for, along with any inspiration photos, and we will put together a quote for you. We can then arrange a consultation afterwards to discuss everything in more detail.

2. What is the refundable damage deposit?
For our venue dressing hire service, we require a refundable damage deposit.
This is held to cover any damage or loss to our hired décor during your wedding. We kindly ask that everyone treats our décor with care throughout the day.
We always hope that, once your guests know the venue has been dressed by us, they will help to look after everything and make sure nothing accidentally goes home with them!
The damage deposit will be refunded after the décor has been collected and checked, provided there is no damage or missing items.
3. Can I make changes to my booking after paying the deposit?
Yes!
We understand that wedding plans can change, especially when you book us early in your planning journey. We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable changes.
If you would like to change your colour palette, please let us know at least 3 months before your wedding, so we have enough time to prepare the flowers and décor you require.
The final quantity of items must be confirmed at least 2 months before your wedding date.
4. Do you travel?
Yes!
We are based in Pontypridd, South Wales, and travel across the UK.
Additional travel charges may apply depending on the distance and location of your venue.
5. Is there a minimum spend?
No.
We believe every wedding is special, whatever your budget. We treat every wedding as if it were our own and will always do our best to help you create a beautiful day.
6. Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured.
If your wedding venue requires a copy of our Public Liability Insurance certificate, please let us know and we will be happy to provide the copy.
7. What are your set-up, delivery and collection fees?
These fees vary depending on:
- The distance to your venue
- The size, time and complexity of the set-up
- Set-up and collection requirements
- Any additional cleaning or preparation required
We will include these costs clearly in your quotation, so you know exactly what to expect.
8. How long can you hold my date?
Once we have had a chat and you have decided that we are your flower and styling team, we can provisionally hold your date for 7 days.
This gives you time to read through our quotation and Terms & Conditions, discuss with your partner, and arrange your deposit.
If you need a little longer, simply let us know. We are happy to discuss a longer provisional hold where possible.
Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit.
If another couple enquires about the same date during your provisional hold, we will contact you before offering the date to them.
If we do not hear from you by the agreed date, we will assume that you no longer wish to proceed and may release the date to another couple.
If you love what we do and would like to secure your date, please don’t leave it too long — popular wedding dates can go quickly!
